Let's Talk About Adding Art to Your Event!

It's fun and unforgettable experience for your guests to receive a personal illustration. I work in the central valley of California - Modesto, Turlock, Ceres, Fresno, Tracy, Patterson, Newman, Gustine, etc. Please email melissastagi@yahoo.com (or fill out the form below) to check availability dates as they fill up fast.

How many guests can be painted? 

I can paint 8-10 guests or 4-6 couples (typically takes me 10-15 minutes per illustration depending upon complexity of the outfit) in an hour.

How does it work? 

I have the guests put their name on the sign-up sheet, take a photo of the guests so they don't have to pose for the illustration and enjoy the party! Then they can collect their painting at the end of the party. 

For how long can we book you? 

I have a minimum of 2 hours and I typically paint for 4-6 hours for each event. I arrive 30 minutes prior to event and set up. If I don't finish all the illustrations (I do my level best!) I do finish them in studio and mail them out within 5 business days. They do make a great addition to thank you notes.

Do you take requests/additions at the event? 

I do not take any special requests at the live event or any additions such as pets or other details, please visit my custom illustration listing to order. 

What is your set up like? 

I have my own table (6 ft long) unless you provide one for me and I bring all my own art supplies. All art is painted on 5 x 7 Strathmore watercolor paper and quality paints/glitters. Illustrations are then protected in cellophane sleeve. 

Can I order personalized paintings instead for guests?

Yes, you can! Instead of me being there to paint you can order paintings of guests to be used as place cards, gifts or included in your thank you notes after your event.
